BagManufacturer.uk is operated by Kargopek Dış Ticaret A.Ş., 15 Temmuz Mah. 1508 Sk. No:2, Bağcılar, 34212 Istanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). Contact: sales@bagmanufacturer.uk.
When you send us a request through our form or by email, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps to enter into a contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run our business (for example email hosting, our website form service Web3Forms, Google (Analytics and Ads, only with your consent), Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless analytics), and couriers delivering samples), under appropriate safeguards. As we are based in Türkiye, your data is processed outside the UK.
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and customer records for as long as required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing sales@bagmanufacturer.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how visitors find and use this website, and to measure the results of our advertising on Google Ads. These cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) are only set after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", no analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or change your cookie settings here.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
